返金ポリシー

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must include the original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).

  • Order number

  • Reason for returning the product

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will email you the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The return must be shipped using a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that any original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if applicable) and place a new order.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy, including, where permitted by applicable law, products that:

  • Are returned outside the specified return period.
  • Show signs of use, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Are returned without components or accessories originally included with the order.
  • Are sent without following the return instructions provided by our team.
